Today is the day….and I am looking around wondering is there anything I’ve forgotten. I certainly hope not. And even though I say that I am still wondering why I’ve tried to do all this. Will it be worth it by week’s end? Well, time will go by so slow I just know it and before I know it…..I will have my answer. I just hope the day goes off without a hitch. I still haven’t found any plantains….that will definitely mess the menu up LOL! I hope you appreciate all this. Am I happy to see you? My heart still hasn’t skipped a beat.
